Tiffanie: The name's Tiffanie folks. I left my home of Singapore to pursue my love for the culinary arts. Now 8 months later I've graduated and working at the Michelin starred Annisa in Greenwich Village. I love new-american food, but I keep going back to my Asian roots and nothing really beats that.
